At Coloured Lenses we use PayPal which is a secure online credit card and debit card payment solutions for thousands of online businesses.
We understand that despite the insurance credit card companies provide and the high levels of encryption we use, for some, giving their credit card details over the Internet is still something they are not comfortable with and we welcome telephone orders which can be paid for in a number of ways including: cheques, bank transfers and postal orders.
Security at Coloured Lenses is paramount, therefore we periodically review accounts to ensure a secure environment for our buyers, and this means that we will carry out routine security checks to verify that the account details you have supplied to ensure they are valid.
If we are unable to verify some of your account information, this may result in further identification checks being requested to help with the verification of your account details. This may result in your order being held pending the security checks the day before your specified delivery date.
Payment
Once we have successfully taken payment from your credit card you should receive confirmation of your transaction by email.
Payment Errors or Issues
If during the process of charging your credit card we were unable to obtain an authorisation code, you should receive an email note informing you of this. This may be for a number of reasons, please check your payment details carefully to ensure they are correct.

Return Policy
We know that you will be pleased with your purchase/s from Coloured Lenses however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit please contact us to report the damage within 10 working days. If the items are clearly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back in our warehouse, we will issue a replacement or full refund via your original payment method and reimburse any reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 10 working days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Upon receipt we will verify the fault and issue a replacement or full refund via your original payment method and reimburse any reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you. In this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Open-Box Items (Used)
We endeavour to please our customers however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase it must be returned to us within 7 working days in an un-used and re-saleable condition. The Distance Selling Regulations clearly state that items such as cosmetics by reason of their nature cannot be returned unless the product is still sealed (unused), faulty, damaged or the order has been supplied incorrect.
Delivery
Standard delivery within the United Kingdom are usually despatched within one working day or your order being placed with us. Next day delivery is available to customers through Business Post for £3.95 and international delivery is £4.95.
If you require next day delivery we will despatch your order within twenty four hours using Business Post courier service. If you opt for next day delivery, your order should arrive the next working day if ordered before 1pm.
Next day delivery will only be processed where the following criteria have been met: o The order is placed before the specified cut off time and all security checks have been completed. o All items on the order are in stock and available for delivery. o Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total. o Delivery is to a UK mainland address.
This only applies to next working day and excludes bank holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
All other orders including international deliveries will be shipped within 1-2 working days.

Q: At what age can you start wearing Coloured Lenses?
A: It depends on how responsible you are and with proper care and maintenance, people of all ages can wear Coloured Lenses safely and effectively.
Q: What is the best way for me to return my items to you?
A: We always advise our customers to use a form of delivery that requires a signature on delivery. The majority of items are returned to us using Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery.
Q: I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?
A: You should return the item quoting your details. Please enclose a proof of postage receipt and we will fully reimburse you for the cost of the returning the item(s) back to us on the understanding that the item(s) has been supplied incorrectly.
Q: Is ordering with Coloured Lenses safe?
A: 100%. Our website is secured using a leading online security firm. Your personal details and credit card details are not stored on any other systems. If you have any concerns over the security of your information or transaction, please contact us.
Q: How do I know that Coloured Lenses is providing me a quality assured product?
A: All our products sold at Coloured Lenses are CE approved for use in the UK European Community. Coloured Lenses are manufactured in accordance to cosmetic standards and is deemed in UK law to be a fashion accessory.
Q: Do I need any specialist advice to wear Coloured Lenses?
A: Coloured Lenses are non-prescription Plano lenses which do not alter your vision therefore you should not require a specialist consultation prior to wear. However, you should use Coloured Lenses very carefully and always recommend you visit your optician for advice on wearing contact lens prior to wear.
Q: Can I wear my Coloured Lenses overnight?
A: No. Always remember to take your Coloured Lenses out before going to sleep. You should never sleep in your Coloured Lenses. Additionally you should not prolong the use of your contact lenses longer than necessary. You may end by starving your eye of oxygen by doing this and cause damage.
Q: How long will my Coloured Lenses last?
A: Coloured Lenses are designed for up to 30 days from opening use provided the lenses are well cared for, stored and handled properly. You should never use the lenses any further than 30 days from opening.
Q: Can I store Coloured Lenses in tap water?
A: No. They must be stored in a disinfecting solution.
Q: Can I lose a Crazy Lens behind my eye?
A: No. There is nowhere for it to go. If you think that you have lost a contact lens, flush your eye with water to help it come out.
